Stats
About 50% of SMBs fail by year five, mainly due to cash flow issues and lack of market need. Only 3–5% of family businesses survive to the fourth generation.
Advantages
Combining an internal leadership team with an external coach boosts clarity, growth, and resilience—creating a scalable, professional, and future-ready business with less stress on founders.
Why Peak Performance Management Works!

Most business consultants — and even large national coaching franchises — offer limited engagement, asking you to visit their office for a few hours each month. At Peak Performance Management, we take a different approach. We believe real business growth happens on-site, on a consistent schedule.

We come into your business regularly — whether it’s a half or full-day every week, or biweekly, Because building a high-performing business isn’t an overnight event — it’s a process. We know you're busy running your day-to-day operations, which is why our role is to help you step back and work on your business, not just in it.

Glen Miller

Glen grew up in a family business, learning firsthand what it takes to build, run, and grow a company. From an early age, he worked on the factory floor of his family's metal finishing company and managed operations at the family's hotel during summers — gaining valuable hands-on experience in both leadership and operations.

Over the years, Glen launched several successful ventures, including developing a nationally distributed frozen food line and opening a unique restaurant and nightclub concept. Each new project taught him critical lessons about systems, financial controls, team building, and the importance of adapting to the challenges every business faces.
